Joining is open until 31 December 2026, 23:59 (CET), or until all 100 places are taken.
Lifetime access covers all of Themys, including every future feature. AI has real running costs, so founders' AI use is included up to 300 requests and 180 minutes of dictation a month, the same as our Pro plan. That's plenty for everyday work, and if you ever need more, we'll ask you first. We'll never charge founders for access to Themys itself.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are fully GDPR compliant. You can export or delete your data anytime.
No. Themys imports projects and tasks from Trello and CSV, so moving over takes minutes. We can also read your existing invoice as a template, so new invoices look exactly like the ones you send today.
Those are client-management suites built around proposals, forms and pipelines you assemble yourself. Themys starts one step earlier: describe the project in a sentence and Themys drafts the contract, plan and invoice for you.
DocuSign and PandaDoc collect signatures on documents you already wrote elsewhere. Themys writes the contract from your project description first, then collects the client's signature, plans the work and invoices from that same source.
Asana and ClickUp plan and track work but have no idea what was contractually agreed or invoiced. Themys' plan comes directly from the signed contract, so scope, schedule and billing stay connected.
