6. Google Workspace APIs Data Usage

Our application accesses Google Calendar events to sync your project tasks directly with your calendar. We only use this data to provide the calendar sync functionality. We do not transfer, share, or sell your Google Workspace data to third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide this feature or as required by law.

We protect your Google data using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest). The data is retained only as long as you have the sync feature enabled. You can revoke access and permanently delete this integration data at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar in the app settings.

Themys's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Our application utilizes a self-hosted AI model to provide certain functionalities, ensuring that user data remains within our isolated infrastructure and is never shared with third-party providers.
